At Avesta Travel, we care about our guests' satisfaction. However, to ensure the sustainability of our travel services, the cancellation and refund processes are subject to the following rules:

  • Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing (via e-mail) before the service start date.
  • Refunds are processed using the same method as the original payment (credit card or bank transfer).
  • For cancellations made 30 days or more before the service start, the full amount is refunded, excluding mandatory taxes and expenses.
  • For cancellations made 15-29 days before the service start, 50% of the total amount is refunded.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 14 days before the service start or in case of a No-Show.
  • Refund conditions for airline and ferry tickets are subject to the specific cancellation policies of the relevant airline or operator (e.g., ferry operator).
  • In hotel reservations, the refund process is managed according to the "Cancellation Terms" set by the facility.
  • In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, refund processes are reflected to the user in proportion to the refunds received from suppliers.
