Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Avesta Travel, we care about our guests' satisfaction. However, to ensure the sustainability of our travel services, the cancellation and refund processes are subject to the following rules:
1. General Conditions
- Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing (via e-mail) before the service start date.
- Refunds are processed using the same method as the original payment (credit card or bank transfer).
2. Tour and Package Programs
- For cancellations made 30 days or more before the service start, the full amount is refunded, excluding mandatory taxes and expenses.
- For cancellations made 15-29 days before the service start, 50% of the total amount is refunded.
- No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 14 days before the service start or in case of a No-Show.
3. Transportation and Accommodation Services
- Refund conditions for airline and ferry tickets are subject to the specific cancellation policies of the relevant airline or operator (e.g., ferry operator).
- In hotel reservations, the refund process is managed according to the "Cancellation Terms" set by the facility.
4. Force Majeure
- In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, refund processes are reflected to the user in proportion to the refunds received from suppliers.
